We plan it in secret

We book the stops, hold the table and set the timings with our partner venues. A named planner owns your night from booking to the last stop.

  • Your planner introduces themselves within 48 hours
  • Allergies and access are confirmed with the venues directly
  • Travel between stops is arranged and timed

Show up and find out

You get the start time and first address 24 hours out. The route unlocks stop by stop from there.

  • No group chat and no decisions on the night
  • Your planner is reachable the whole evening
  • If a stop misses, we move you on

You get, 24 hours before

  • The first address, and nothing past it
  • A dress code, if there is one
  • Roughly when the evening finishes, so you can arrange a ride home
  • Your planner's direct line for the night

You don't get, until you're there

  • Venue names, at any stop
  • The order or the shape of the route
  • What the activity between dinner and the last stop is
  • Anything a search engine could unravel for you

If a hard constraint means we can't build a route that works, we tell you before payment is taken — never on the night.

After you book

Four things happen, in this order.

A confirmation email with your reference number and your cancellation window in writing.

Within 48 hours

Your planner introduces themselves and confirms any dietary or access needs directly with the venues.

24 hours before

Start time, first address and dress code. That's all you get, and it's deliberate.

On the night

Each stop unlocks as you finish the one before it. Nobody in your group has to decide anything.
