Twenty-four hours before, you get a start time, a first address, a dress code if there is one, and roughly when the evening finishes. That's enough to plan your day around it, decide what to wear and arrange a ride home. It is not enough to work out where you're going — the first address is the only address you get, and each stop after it unlocks as you finish the one before.

Tell us in advance and it won't be in the route. Every booking asks for one thing you'd rather not do, and we treat that as a hard constraint rather than a preference — if you say no heights, there are no heights. If a stop still misses on the night, message your planner. They're reachable the whole evening and can move you on to the next thing rather than leaving you to sit it out.

Both are asked at booking and both are hard constraints, confirmed with the venues before payment is taken. Allergies go directly to the kitchen, not into a note on a reservation. If you need a step-free route we build one — no stairs between or inside stops, accessible washrooms at each, and travel that works with a wheelchair or a mobility aid. If we can't meet a requirement for a date you've asked for, we tell you before you pay and either move the date or refund you. You will never find out on the night that something couldn't be accommodated.

Staying tight is deliberate: we can only keep a route secret if we know every venue in it personally, and that means walking them ourselves rather than booking from a listing site. Free cancellation and free date changes up to 72 hours before the night, no reason needed and no fee. Inside 72 hours the venues are already holding tables for you, so we can move the date once at no charge but we can't refund. If we cancel for any reason — weather, a venue falling through, anything — you're refunded in full. Memberships are different: pause or cancel any month, effective at the end of the current one.

Yes, and any package can be bought as one. The difference is that the recipient answers the six questions themselves and picks their own date, so the night is planned around them rather than around your guess at what they'd like.
